The front desk person was great. The Vet Tech that gave Chef his shots was wonderful.

I thought you were great! But I realized after no one showed me where the injection spots were, so when I was petting Dano that night, he yelped. I felt awful. Must have been the spot. Everything else was just great!

Our dog had a very bad experience at our last vet, so we are so happy to have found such a caring team. We rushed our dog through the process to minimize his stress, but next time perhaps spend a little more time connecting with him to see if that would help. Don’t know if this would add to his stress or reduce it?

Baxter was really doing poorly. We were able to determine he was just having stomach issues. put him on a bland diet, a few choice drugs, and he is back to normal. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
